The action is hotting up in the Premier League and this round of fixtures promises to be just as awesome.

It has become obvious to everyone that despite all the empty talk about a ‘Top 6’, the title will only end up with either Liverpool or defending champions, Manchester City.

Both teams have been head and shoulder above the other 18 in the division and. The Cityzens’ wastefulness against Tottenham Hotspurs in Gameweek 2 is the only reason why both are not on 100% records.

The managerial sack race for the season has commenced with Watford axing Javi Gracia after a nightmare start to the season. The Spaniard was immediately replaced by another Spaniard and a former Hornets manager, Quique Sanches Flores.

After the two-week international break, the Premier League will once again be on the front burner. However, the big teams will prepare differently as next week sees the return of continental football; the UEFA Champions League and the Europa League.
